PRECISION MACHINERY

DDP specializes in precision CNC parts, and manufactures components for oil and gas, industrial, and automotive industries, manufactured to customer specifications.  DDP has a work window consisting of .250" OD on up to 9.00" OD, with a maximum length of 24".  The quantities we machine typically range from 1 piece to well into the hundreds. 

Materials include, Beryllium Copper, Aluminum Bronze, Carbon Steel,  All types of Stainless, Titanium, and Nickel Based Alloys.

We have a state of the art software, used to track each and every job during the manufacturing stages, as well keep proper data records.  For extensive, or solid model designs, we rely on our Esprit CAD / CAM system, to ensure proper details and features.  This also allows us to manufacture almost any profile the customer specifies, at a much quicker pace, which translates in reduced set up times and costs associated with the product.
